1. Eligibility for Returns
Return is only applicable if the customer received incorrect size or product, and if the product is damaged.
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- In case of any exchange customer have to pay additional 150-Rs Delivery Charges.
- In case of any return, 200 rupees (RTO Charges) will be deducted from the refunded amount of the product.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account on our website and visit the “Order History” section to start the return process.

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchange of the return product, in case you want another product in exchange we provide store credit which can be used for placing another order.
