Return Policy
At Italian Era, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free return process.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, including sale, clearance, and custom orders, are not eligible for returns.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Infoitalianera@gmail.com to receive a return authorization and instructions.
- Once approved, please return the item(s) to the provided address within 7 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
- Processing time for refunds is typically 2-3 business days from receipt of the returned items.
- If the return does not meet our policy requirements (e.g., the item is worn or damaged), we reserve the right to deny the refund.
- Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:

- Refunds for Sale Items:
