1. Eligibility for Returns

Return is only applicable if the customer received incorrect size or product, and if the product is damaged.

• Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
• In case of any exchange customer have to pay additional 150-Rs Delivery Charges.
• In case of any return, 200 rupees (RTO Charges) will be deducted from the refunded amount of the product.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if the size doesn’t fit well—just reach out within 3 days of receiving your order.
